Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten (TK ABA) is the pioneer of modern Islamic early childhood education in Indonesia, established in 1919. Born from the spirit of educational reform of the 'Aisyiyah movement, TK ABA exists not merely as a children's educational institution, but as a milestone in educating the nation and building civilization by preparing a future generation based on progressive Islam.

Since its inception in Kauman Yogyakarta, TK ABA has become an important part of the history of Indonesian education. In a situation where access to education was still very limited for the community, especially women and children, 'Aisyiyah brought an education that instills faith and builds morals, intelligence, courage, and social awareness from an early age.

Over more than a century of its journey, TK ABA continues to grow into an early childhood education network spread across Indonesia and has become one of the great legacies of the Progressive Islam movement of Aisyiyah-Muhammadiyah.
