Alhamdulillahirabbil‘alamin, all praise be to Allah SWT for His blessings and mercy, allowing TK ABA Semesta to be established as part of the great endeavor of ‘Aisyiyah in continuing and renewing the mission of Islamic da’wah and tajdid, especially in the field of early childhood education that has been pioneered since 1919.
For more than a century, TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal (TK ABA) has been a pioneer in early childhood education, reflecting the values of Modern Islam in Indonesia. Through this institution, generations have grown with not only intellectual intelligence, but also strong faith, noble character, social awareness, a spirit of lifelong learning, and leadership qualities. Early childhood education is not merely about introducing basic knowledge, but about building a strong foundation of character and holistic intelligence for the future of civilization.

Therefore, education must provide joyful learning experiences, build spirituality, nurture critical and creative thinking, encourage collaboration, and foster care for others and the environment.
TK ABA Semesta is a new milestone in completing the TK ABA network that upholds excellence and quality education based on the values of Modern Islam. It is committed to nurturing future generations with strong spiritual foundations, noble character, intelligence, knowledge, and the skills needed to thrive in today’s world and the future as capable global leaders. All learning processes are carried out through early childhood education principles that are joyful, inspiring, and supportive of children’s natural growth and development according to their age and potential.
For ‘Aisyiyah, TK ABA Semesta is a continuing path in presenting an early childhood education institution that carries the spirit of da’wah and tajdid amidst the growing competition of educational institutions at both national and global levels. ‘Aisyiyah remains ready to adapt and move forward within an increasingly dynamic and competitive era, both today and in the future. With full responsibility and dedication, we are committed to providing the best and most Modern educational institution as a meaningful contribution to society.
Through the spirit of Play, Pray, Lead the Future, TK ABA Semesta is expected to become a safe, warm, inclusive, and inspiring place for children to know Allah, love knowledge, appreciate diversity, and develop their best potential from an early age. The three dimensions of orientation Play, Pray, Lead the Future form an integrated concept of modern Islamic education based on the values of Modern Islam, aimed at nurturing outstanding future generations of Modern Muslim individuals.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta and its Rectorate for their full support in facilitating the establishment of TK ABA Semesta. This initiative stands as a special dedication to the Central Leadership of ‘Aisyiyah in advancing Islamic da’wah through the field of education.
